Description
The primer improves the adhesion of the base coat to the natural nail and is especially useful on oily nails.
Product Details
1. Polish the nail with a fine-grained file, then clean and degrease it with a cellulose wipe dipped in Cleaner.
2. Apply primer on the nail, wringing out the brush very well and without touching the skin.
3. Wait a few seconds for it to air dry and start with the semi-permanent manicure.
