Shipping, Transport and Packaging:
- Depending on the type of order, shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have an additional cost which the customer will be informed of in advance giving them the opportunity to cancel the order before payment. We also cater for overseas shipments, but shipping costs should first be consulted.
- Delivery times will be communicated by mail or phone once the order has been confirmed via the Internet or by email, and may range from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the product, destination and availability in stock.
We remind you of the recipient’s legal obligation (Article 366-Code of Commerce) to check the goods at the time of delivery and, in the case of visible defects, never sign for the goods without making a written reservation on the delivery note of the carrier by way of immediate complaint. In such a case, you should keep the goods on your premises until they are picked up and/or appraised and, in the event of concealed damage within the package, make the claim within 24 hours of delivery by contacting POSTQUAM COSMETIC. Claims made after this period will not be valid. If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept them, and if they reject them, must immediately inform POSTQUAM COSMETIC.

However, if there are any delays, the customer will not be entitled to compensation. Some heavy or bulky items of furniture require handling by a specialized carrier and delivery is delayed by 2 or 3 days compared to normal delivery.
Return of goods:
You have 14 business days after receipt of the order to withdraw from the latter. In this case, you should contact us so that we can proceed with the processing. Please note that you will have to bear the transport costs involved in the return of the goods if this is due to causes unrelated to POSTQUAM COSMETIC.
Returned goods will only be accepted by POSTQUAM COSMETIC if they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all their accessories and unused. The customer must contact POSTQUAM COSMETIC by telephone to report the return of goods and the latter must be returned, postage paid, to our warehouse in Spain.
